Thank you for the chance to get out there and catch a nice Salmon River NY steelhead before heading back over to Iraq. Tony G. is a great guide and I learned a lot. Fly fishing is definitely the best way to go in my book. All this time I thought that smallmouth fishing was where it was at. Fly fishing for the steelheads is by far the best fight I have ever had with a fish. I look forward to more trout fishing trips when I return. I have a lot of Soldiers that work with me that would really enjoy the kind of fishing experience that I had.
